Hylton-Rodic Law is seeking an Associate Patent Attorney (registered) with 3-5 years of experience in biotech or life sciences patent law

Our ideal candidate has a Ph.D. in Biology

What’s You’ll Do:
- Prepare and prosecute high-value patent applications for cutting-edge biotech and life sciences companies.
- Build and manage global patent portfolios that shape the future of technology and innovation.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and patent landscape analyses

At Hylton-Rodic Law
, we offer a base salary ranging from $175,000 to $230,000 depending on experience and qualifications, with performance-based bonuses that allow for total compensation to exceed $300,000 for high performers. While we may not match the base salaries of Big Law, we provide greater work-life balance
