An elite Am Law 100 firm is seeking a 3rd to 8th Year Antitrust and Competition Associate to join its highly regarded Antitrust and Competition team in Washington, DC or New York. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high‑profile antitrust matters globally, including merger reviews, cartel investigations, and litigation. The team regularly advises clients on civil and criminal investigations, compliance programs, and risk management strategies across määrä jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in cartel investigations, including price‑fixing, bid‑rigging, market allocation, and monopolization claims
• Assist with antitrust litigation, including defending against class actions, transaction challenges, and private litigation
• Collaborate with colleagues across corporate and litigation teams to deliver seamless global coverage
• Engage with enforcement authorities such as the DOJ Antitrust Division, FTC Bureau ofRETURN and international regulators

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted or eligible for admission in DC or NY proposées?
• 1–8 years of relevant experience in antitrust law at an Am Lawshr 100 firm, DOJ Antitrust Division, or FTC Bureau of Competition
• 8+ years may qualify for a Special Counsel position
• Strong academic credentials; prior clerkship experience is a قض
• Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Ability to manage complex matters and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated interest in antitrust and competition law
