Hatch-Waxman Litigation Associate

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, or a related field. Candidates must have Hatch-Waxman litigation, chemical or biotech litigation, and/or PTAB post-grant proceeding experience. Registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office is strongly preferred. Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will provide the opportunity to work on Hatch-Waxman litigation with quality domestic and foreign clients, as well as a wide variety of other litigation matters in the chemical, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical fields.
