Pharma Patent Litigation Attorney

• State Bar Admission is required
• Experience with pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act, medical device, chemical, etc.
• Proven ability to handle discovery, manage complex cases, and work effectively in a team
• Experience in both Federal district court and IPR proceedings
• Undergraduate degree in life sciences discipline, such as biology, chemistry, or chemical engineering.
• Strong attention to detail, solid judgment, and proactive work style
• Strong research sills (legal and factual) and strong writing skills
