Litigation Paralegal – Make an Impact in High‑Stakes Cases
The Washington, D.C. office of a leading law firm has an opening for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional results for clients. Support cases that go before appellate courts and up to the Supreme Court. Bring your experience to a firm where you can work on challenging cases from inception through trial, collaborating closely with attorneys and contributing to strategic outcomes.
Base Pay
: $70,000.00/yr – $/yr

Responsibilities:
- Perform precise cite checking and Blue booking for court submissions, written discovery, and legal memoranda.
- Ensure compliance with e‑filing requirements and research federal, state, and local court rules.
- Deliver high‑quality written work with strong proofreading skills.
- Organize and maintain all case documentation, including pleadings, correspondence, document productions, research files, and emails.
- Assist with trial preparation, including preparing trial exhibits, organizing witness files and examination materials, coordinating with court personnel and court reporters.
- Conduct factual research and analyze findings to support case strategy.
- Maintain discovery files, schedule depositions, draft subpoenas, and prepare deposition materials for witnesses and experts.
- Utilize litigation databases and software for case management and document review.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
This role requires onsite work in Washington, DC and the ability to travel for trial.
