You will manage sponsorship fulfillment, exhibitor services, and room assignments, coordinating internal teams, venues, and vendors to protect more than $17.2 million in annual revenue.
You will track deliverables, prepare weekly updates, assist with on-site logistics, and deliver high-touch service to hundreds of sponsors and exhibitors.
