Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Develop and manage project schedules
- Oversee staffing and resource allocation
- Maintain client and subcontractor relationships
- Manage contracts, budgets, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- 8-10 years in mechanical construction project management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
