Structural Technologies VSL, a Structural Group Company, is the exclusive licensee of VSL post-tensioning systems in the United States. Structural Technologies VSL is the single source for VSL products and technical support in the US – which have been used throughout the world since 1956 to build, repair and strengthen bridges, buildings, tanks, and special structures.

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Laborer position to be based in our Manassas, VA plant. As a manufacturing worker for VSL, you will be working on our cutting line fabricating steel cables for post-tensioned construction. This requires working in a fast-paced team, being safety-conscious, and the ability to meet daily production targets.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

• Wearing appropriate company-provided PPE (safety boots required but not provided)
• Working overtime as needed to meet production
• Handling materials and equipment up to 50 lbs
• Possible night shift work
• Working around rotating and moving machinery

Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:

• Reliable transportation
• Open to training on other fabrication components and equipment repair
• Forklift experience not required but preferred
• Ability to work on your feet continuously during a shift
• Pre-employment drug screening
