WYLD is seeking a Production Lead to support the production team at our Washington location. This role focuses on producing high-quality edibles in a fast-paced environment and requires leadership to cover shifts and coach staff.
You will ensure safe, compliant operations and help maintain product integrity throughout the workflow. Key responsibilities include opening/closing shifts, QA/QC on weights and flavor, and collaboration with Supervisors to train Production Support personnel.
