Senior Director, Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. In this role, you’ll craft messaging and campaigns that build demand and accelerate growth in the Information Technology market. You’ll partner cross-functionally to sharpen positioning, improve performance, and scale what resonates. If you’re equal parts creative and analytical, you’ll drive measurable outcomes.

Location:

Washington, DC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually.

• Grow marketing activities and pipeline for the Americas
• Align marketing plans with Sales leadership priorities
• Identify market trends to guide regional marketing priorities
• Execute customer-driven regional marketing strategies
• Generate qualified leads through webinars and events
• Lead execution of targeted regional events and campaigns
• Monitor KPIs to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI
• Manage budgets to maximize return on investment

• 10+ years in Marketing leadership with regional Sales collaboration
• 8+ years managing teams of 3+ members
• 4+ years scaling Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
• Proven success in executing field marketing strategies for revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision making
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audience engagement
  
  Proficient with Salesforce, Tableau, and 6sense or Common Room
