ICU Director; RN

About the Hospital and Health System:

• Growing and progressive 350+ bed, non-profit community hospital that has served its community for over 50 years
• Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center accredited

• Position will manage a busy 22 bed mixed ICU with a team of 80 FTE's including two Assistant Nurse Managers, team of Charge Nurses and a dedicated Educator
• The ICU Director (RN) will be responsible for the operational leadership of the department, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality, mentoring and leading your team, and building positive and collaborative relationships across all levels
• Reports directly to a transformational and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer

• Master's degree required (if Master's degree not in Nursing, must have BSN)
• RN Active License
• At least two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting
• At least five (5) years of nursing experience in acute care
• Visible and approachable leadership
