We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA.
Role & Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting, including administering medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient status and maintain high standards of safety and quality care.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Active and unrestricted RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills.
- Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements.
- Capability to perform in a fast-paced acute care environment.
- 12-hour shifts available.
- Employment type:
W2 employee. - Competitive pay at $48/hour.
- Flexible scheduling with weekly pay and direct deposit.
