Quality Control Manager
Full‑time position at PAX RIVER focused on federal construction renovations at the NRL base in Washington, DC. The role involves overseeing projects from a quality control compliance perspective, ensuring standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee quality control processes for federal construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, including USACE and EM385.
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality assurance throughout project duration.
- Implement and monitor quality control plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with federal agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.
- At least 2+ years of federal project experience, managing projects ranging from $200K‑$2M.
- Active CQM certification.
- OSHA 30 certification.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with NAVFAC and Navy projects.
- Familiarity with interior construction and fit‑out projects.
The role is based at the NRL in Washington, DC, requiring on‑site presence 5 days a week. This position offers the opportunity to work on various government contracts with the potential for long‑term employment in a professional setting that adheres to federal standards and safety regulations.
Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Washington, DC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 – $46.00/hr.
