Associate Director for Quality Digital Capabilities, serving as business system owner and leader to shape, develop, and optimize enterprise Quality technologies like SAP, Veeva, LIMS, and analytics dashboards.
Responsibilities- manage day-to-day administration, system validation, validation strategy, and continuous improvement of GxP-compliant digital systems supporting QA/QC functions; develop multi-year digital roadmaps; align stakeholders; evaluate new features; drive system integration, data integrity, and governance; oversee validation, change control, and documentation; and facilitate governance forums.
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science; 8+ years in GxP Quality within biotech/pharma; extensive experience with SAP QM (5+ years), Veeva Vault Quality (7+ years), and related systems; strong knowledge of Quality data domains (deviations, CAPA, change control); expertise in GxP compliance, validation, and risk management.
