Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Scientist in QC Compliance for its Bothell, WA facility. This role leads quality control investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls while serving as a subject matter expert and regulatory liaison during inspections.
Responsibilities- Lead and author QC deviations, laboratory investigations, CAPAs, and change control documents
- Conduct root cause analysis on complex non-routine investigations and ensure compliant closure
- Generate compliance reports, track KPIs, and analyze CAPA effectiveness
- Represent department during internal and external regulatory inspections and governance forums
- Train and mentor staff on deviation, investigation, and change control procedures
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years biopharmaceutical or QC lab operations experience with 2+ years investigation experience
- Advanced knowledge of global regulatory requirements and cGMP compliance
- Demonstrated expertise in laboratory investigations, root cause analysis, and quality management systems
- Advanced technical writing and cross-functional communication skills
- Knowledge of analytical and microbiological testing preferred
Compensation: $120,320 - $145,797
