This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Leasing Manager located in Washington, DC. The Leasing Manager will oversee all leasing activities, including managing lease agreements, coordinating lease renewals, and executing property tours. Responsibilities will include performing market research, ensuring high levels of resident retention, and collaborating with the property management team to maintain community standards. The Leasing Manager will play a key role in achieving occupancy and revenue goals by fostering strong relationships with residents and prospective tenants.

• Knowledge and experience in Leases and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in Market Research and analysis to determine industry trends
• Property Management expertise to ensure efficient operations and compliance
• Resident Retention skills to deliver excellent customer service and build long‑term relationships
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with real estate software systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
