As an
Associate with the JPMorgan Chase Center for Geopolitics, you will provide core executional capacity to support the Center’s publications, research agenda, and engagements. This role requires strong organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across a fast-moving team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter eager to contribute to both analytical and operational workflows.
- Support production of CfG publications — including Window on the World(WoW),Geopolitics in Focus(GIF), and other recurring products — through template updates, content inputs, visual/graphic elements, coordination, and distribution.
- Conduct background research and contribute to monitoring of geopolitical and geoeconomic developments, identifying relevant trends and events.
- Assist in preparing briefing materials, presentations, and supporting documents for internal and client engagements.
- Provide general analytical and administrative support to Center leadership, including assistance with events, drafting, and coordination tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Center and broader firm to ensure high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and execution.
- 2+of experience in international policy, analysis, government, think tank, research, or related environment.
- Demonstrated interest in global affairs, geopolitics, or international economics.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and/or other visual drafting tools, with willingness to learn new templates and formats.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative mindset; ability to thrive in a small, high-performance team environment.
- Prior U.S. government experience – both in the Executive Branch and Congress
