Job Overview:
The restaurant busser will reset serving plates, glasses and silverware, refill beverages, and clean tables throughout all hours of operation in order to ensure proper service to all guests.

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
• Set tables with required items such as napkins, linens and silverware
• Place tableware on tables
• Serve water and bread baskets where needed
• Refill beverages
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
• Assist servers and hosts when necessary
• Maintain the lounge and restaurant areas in a neat and orderly condition at all times
• Assist servers in constantly checking tables for condition of plates, empty glasses, cleanliness, etc.
• Sweep and/or mop all restaurant areas at the end of every shift, removing, cleaning and replacing matting each time

• High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience
• Preferred to have 1–2 years' experience in high volume, luxury lounge or restaurant
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment in a timely manner
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with high‑profile clients and problem‑solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Flexible to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying
• Bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
