Job Description

As a Food Service Worker Lead, you will assist with food preparation, portioning meals, and serving customers. You will learn on the job under manager guidance and collaborate with team members who are organized, focused, and maintain a positive attitude.

Base Pay Range

$19.00/hr – $19.00/hr

Compensation Details

Hourly rate: $19.20 to $19.20. This reflects Aramark’s good‑faith estimate as of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist in preparation of food items, dating products, and station set‑up.
  • Cook and prepare foods per recipes and directions.
  • Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
  • Maintain daily temperature logs and sample all food items before serving.
  • Alert management and pull items that do not meet quality expectations.
  • Complete opening and closing station checklists.
  • Greet customers and handle complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a clean work station and sanitize utensils.
  • Dispose of waste for the service line properly.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Assist with daily safety observations and report hazards to management.
  • Cross‑train in areas as needed.
  • Work in concessions, catering, and special events per manager requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks requested by supervisors or management on a weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly basis.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer‑service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Serve Safe certification.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Food service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift/hr
