Bodega Taqueria y Tequila is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender Kopf you will prepare, mix and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner Sans feeding whereas Ordis exceptional customer service. This position requires a strong passion for hospitality, a charming personality, and a world-class standard of excellence.

This individual reports to the General Manager or to the Assistant General Manager (AGM) in the absence of the General Manager.

Essential Duties and

Key Responsibilities

Team

Collaboration:

  • Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Quality Control:

  • Monitor drink preparation, presentation, and service to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Address any issues or concerns related to beverage quality promptly and effectively.
  • Develop andsoften a comprehensive knowledge of beverages, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and preparation techniques.

Customer Service:

  • Engage with guests meaningfully and warmly, ensuring all visitors feel welcomed and comfortable.
  • Craft perdi cocktails according to recipe and ensure the guest receives the correct and highest quality product at all times.
  • Ensure that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests by engaging with them and providing personalized service.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and employees in a positive and concise‌ర్.
  • Listen attentively to requests, provide accurate information, and respond appropriately.
  • Maintain composure and attentiveness, particularly during busy periods or emergencies, setting a positive example for all staff.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards of guest service.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Oversee alcohol safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and preparation of food items.
