• Assist in preparing, cooking, and serving meals in a busy kitchen
• Maintain top food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with front-of-house colleagues to provide outstanding service
• Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes to personnel
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and oversee sanitation procedures
• Support special functions and showcase your culinary skills at key events

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high volume setting
• Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
• Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
