MERCHANDISERS NEEDED- 1099

This is NOT full-time and is NOT part-time. It is project-based work.
Strategic Retail Solutions is gearing up for a busy 2025 season and we are on the hunt for field reps who enjoy merchandising. We are looking for well-rounded merchandisers who have experience in all phases of merchandising, to include but not limited to, audits, resets (both shelf and pegboard work) pull & plugs, POP/POS placement and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client needs is a must.
Friendly, outgoing with the ability to build strong store relationships.

If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area and be willing to work as a 1099- independent contractor. (please look up what a 1099 independent contractor is before applying)
PAYRATES VARY BY CLIENT CONTRACT- $14.00- $17.00 PER HOUR
Qualifications- Must have an Android or iPhone
- Must know how to access Google via your phone
- Must be dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up, implementing client directives and completing the work on time.
- Planograms: 1 year
- You must understand how to read and implement planograms. - Merchandising: 1 year
- Resets: 1 year
- Speak and read English
- Must have access to the internet
- Must have access to a printer when needed
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid, NON- expired Driver's License required
- Transport supplies as needed (POP/ POS signage)
- Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 20 miles) Also looking for reps who can travel outside the area.

- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bending, squatting, kneeling, extending arms upward and downward and standing for long periods at a time
- Lifting and/or transporting boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to move fixtures on wheels
- Read, understand and follow instructions
