We’re looking for a motivated Bakery Manager to lead our NW Washington bakery department. This union position offers opportunities for growth, leadership, and an impactful role in a fast‑paced environment.

• Oversee the implementation of Division Bakery Merchandising programs, including pricing, displays, ordering, and inventory control.

• Ensure overall presentation, cleanliness, and profitability of the department while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain Superior Service goals for the department.
• Supervise staff—schedule, train, and assign duties.
• Implement all merchandising programs and enforce standards related to presentation, sanitation, inventory control, rotation, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with variety standards and 100% adherence to ad‑item displays.
• Secure accurate paperwork as set by the Division and perform all other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work history demonstrating ability to perform essential functions.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Baker.
• Strong leadership and team‑oriented mindset.
• Exceptional customer‑service qualities.
