Senior Proposal Coordinator - AEC

Established in 1900, Mead & Hunt is a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm that provides consulting services to a variety of industries. We have a full‑time position available for a Senior Proposal Coordinator to work with our transportation infrastructure group. Ideal locations would be Tampa, FL;

• Leading the proposal development process, including proposal kickoff meetings, content creation, strategic input for projects and teams, layout and design, and close‑out/archiving
• Preparation and guidance on pursuit interviews
• Developing marketing materials and content
• Leading award submissions
• Developing and managing the annual marketing plan schedule and budget for identified business unit(s)
• Coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports
• Organizing and attending trade shows and conferences
• Managing client feedback and satisfaction surveys

Some travel may be required for conferences, events, and team training.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, public relations, or related field from an accredited college or university and at least four (4) years of relevant experience
• Associate degree in marketing or related field from an accredited college or university and at least six (6) years of relevant experience
• No degree and at least eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Experience in architectural/engineering industry or another technical service industry is a plus

• Leading proposal submissions (RFP/RFQs) and interview teams
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator);
  Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; and CRM databases (Vision or AEC
  360 preferred)
• Previous experience in the AEC industry: familiarity with Transportation/Infrastructure
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent grammar and writing skills required (Familiarity with AP Style Guide)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, continuously changing environment while maintaining tight deadlines
• Proven organization, problem‑solving, communication, and interactive skills
• Ability to understand and write about technical issues and understand related technical terminology

Salary Range: $73,000 to $97,000 – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
