Account Executive

Artech is the 10th Largest IT Staffing Company in the US, according to Staffing Industry Analysts' 2012 annual report. Artech provides technical expertise to fill gaps in clients' immediate skill-sets availability, deliver emerging technology skill-sets, refresh existing skill base, allow for flexibility in project planning and execution phases, and provide budgeting/financial flexibility by offering contingent labor as a variable cost.

Position: Account Executive - Financial Services Technology

Locations: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Atlanta, GA

Salary: $100,000

Candidates should be located in WA, OR, , or UT. (NCR offices)

Requirements:

• Strong "Hunter" sales experience with proven success
• Financial services industry experience OR technology industry experience
• Ability to travel
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in financial or technical disciplines
• 5-8 years of related experience; financial industry experience a plus
• Proven success in solution sales environment, preferably software and/or services focused
• Ability to articulate the value of complex solutions in technical terms
• Understanding sales barriers and overcoming technology hurdles to close deals
• Customer-oriented approach
• Strong teamwork and proactive leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including active listening
• Demonstrated success in attaining sales quotas and developing new accounts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of the Financial industry and solutions, or similar applications and technology
• Experience selling software/applications
• Experience selling solutions related to the above
