Position Summary

The Sales Operations Manager provides essential support to the Sales and Marketing team by optimizing processes, managing systems, and ensuring seamless pipeline management. This role is critical in driving efficiency, tracking key sales metrics, and supporting contract preparation. The ideal candidate will have experience with Hub Spot and a strong understanding of sales operations best practices. This role involves creating reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting the sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data and timely updates in Hub Spot.
  • CRM & Systems Management:
    Oversee Hub Spot CRM and other sales tools, ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows.
  • Contract & Documentation Support:
    Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing sales contracts, proposals, and agreements.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and improve coordination.
  • Support Sales & Marketing team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    3+ years in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Strong proficiency in Hub Spot CRM (required) and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other sales tools is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented:
    Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Proactive approach to identifying and resolving process inefficiencies.
