About Solar Solution:
Solar Solution has over 8,000 customers in Washington DC and a growing sales team. We are seeking someone with experience in sales and management in the local DMV solar industry. We believe in helping home owners and businesses become more environmentally conscious while helping them save money with systems that make economic sense. We work directly with our customers to answer any questions or concerns they may have and take advantage of solar incentives while they are still available.
Our focus is in Washington DC and Maryland. With potential new markets in the near future.

We are a local certified CBE firm and licensed installers in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.
OverviewThe Sales Assistant Manager will report to the Sales Manager and will have a main objective of assisting with day‑to‑day tasks of assisting the sales team achieve their sales goals, follow SOPs, and help facilitate sales.
Expectations- Experience in solar sales of a minimum of four years.
- Experience in management a minimum of two years.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of solar PV.
- Positive, hardworking attitude.
- Strong work ethic and motivation to be the best.
- Goal oriented.
- Ability to unsupervised.
- Must have advanced computer skills and experience with MS Outlook.
- Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to work independently with solid time‑management and organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Interviews will begin immediately.
