Regional Sales Manager

Micro-Tech Endoscopy makes GI endoscopy tools — clips, closure devices, snares, biopsy forceps, EUS needles, and eyeMAX cholangioscopy — and sells them as a value alternative to the major players. The Regional Sales Manager will lead a new Mid-Atlantic region of eight tenured reps and a clinical specialist, owning the regional sales plan and account conversion as the Duraclip, Precisor, and Optibite lines move from CONMED to Micro-Tech.

This is a player-coach role focused on bringing a team together and converting accounts, not building a region from nothing.
