Cardiovascular Key Account Manager, Seattle, WA

Amgen seeks a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to lead strategic initiatives across assigned health system accounts in the Portland, OR territory. The role focuses on developing relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, executing compliant engagement strategies, and driving utilization of cardiovascular products within complex institutional settings.

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy and institutional needs
• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts, engaging priority providers across inpatient and ambulatory settings
• Build professional relationships with hospital decision-makers including pharmacy, clinical directors, and finance leaders
• Coordinate with cross-functional field teams and medical science liaisons to drive appropriate product utilization
• Monitor account performance, market dynamics, and provide field intelligence to business analytics and market access teams

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years sales or account management experience
• Master's degree with 4+ years related sales or account management experience
• Doctorate degree with 2+ years sales or related account management experience
• 3+ years account management and/or public payor experience strongly preferred
• Cardiology experience including dyslipidemia, heart failure, and acute coronary syndromes highly preferred
• Knowledge of hospital committee structures, P&T processes, and CMS policies
• Understanding of community cardiology practices and institutional healthcare dynamics
