HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Permanent Part‑time Officer with Flexibility to cover other shifts, days & times + FT Officers for Weekend & Weekday / Weekend scheduling.

• Must be able to perform physical duties such as patrols, inspections, and emergency response activities.
• Performs a minimum of 3 patrols per shift
• Conducts daily Camera audits to ensure systems remain operational.
• Processes Access and Revoke Access tickets precisely.
• Perform tasks such as badge creation, access credential edits and biometric fingerprinting for clients and customers.
• Reads and understands Power BI dashboards and reporting, viewing the dashboard daily to address failed alarm responses.
• Must be able to articulate concerns, comments and questions without much guidance, via email, work order or team’s channel
• Responds to Alarms and other KPI’s according to all Service Level Agreements

Required:

Active DCJS License (Or supporting renewal documentation)

Reliable Transportation

CPR / AED

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a Security Operations Center, preferably in data centers, critical infrastructure, or enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver messages across multiple organizational levels.
• Proficiency in report writing.
• Experience and Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Active State Security License.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
