** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, access control activity, and other communications systems; document and relay relevant information to appropriate personnel.

+ Dispatch officers and maintenance or emergency resources in response to incidents, service requests, and critical situations, maintaining calm and professional communication.

+ Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, visitor records, key or access credentials, and shift activity documentation in accordance with site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
