Maintenance Technician

• Show care and concern for residents through exceptional service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain building safety and appearance through general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after‑hour emergencies.

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations including an on‑call rotation.
• Capability to exert 25–50 pounds of force frequently or 10–20 pounds of force constantly.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using software, apps and programs.
• A service mentality and a thirst for learning.

$51,500—$55,000 USD
