A JLL Maintenance Technician
** performs preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) and equipment, responds to service requests, troubleshoots issues, manages work orders via** **, and may oversee contractors, ensuring facility safety, functionality, and compliance, requiring strong technical skills, adaptability, and teamwork to support property operations****.

* Key Responsibilities:

*    :
Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.*    :
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and building systems (boilers, chillers, lighting, etc.).*    :
Utilize a  (CMMS) to manage and close out service requests.*    :
Maintain and monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and other controls.*    :
Adhere to safety procedures, conduct safety checks, and ensure compliance with standards.*    :
Assist in overseeing and managing third-party contractors for specialized work.*    :
Perform handyman tasks, carpentry, painting, and other general facility upkeep.

Qualifications:

* ** Technical Aptitude:
** Competency with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
* ** Problem-Solving:
** Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
* ** Adaptability:
** Respond to changing tenant needs and building priorities.
* ** Teamwork:
** Collaborate with managers and other staff.
* ** Physical Ability:
** Capable of physical tasks like lifting, bending, and working on ladders.

Work Environment:
* Often involves a "hands-on" role with a high percentage of "wrench time".
* May require availability for on-call or emergency response.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
** Estimated compensation for this position:
** 55,000.00 – 65,000.00 USD per year
* This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
