The role requires hands-on experience with building systems including water heaters, pumps, generators, HVAC, and plumbing—plus CMMS/BAS usage.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial facilities, understands electrical/mechanical repair, and can read plans/blueprints. OSHA-10 and CFC certification are required.
