Complete Building Services is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to oversee HVAC service operations across offices, hotels, government buildings, and other facilities in the DC area. You will supervise scheduling, vendor coordination, proposals, and PM activities to ensure quality service and contract compliance.
This role requires 10+ years in commercial HVAC, a Journeyman or Master license, and strong MS Word/Excel proficiency. Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with salary range $85,000–$100,000.
