Fluid Tech Hydraulic Services is looking for an experienced Hydraulic Hose Technician / Counter Sales professional to join the team in Pomona, California. The company is a commercial hydraulic hose and hydraulic service and repair shop serving customers in the heavy equipment, construction, trucking, industrial, and machinery industries. The ideal candidate will be dependable, mechanically inclined, and preferably experienced with hydraulic hoses, fittings, adapters, and related components.
Key Responsibilities- Build and repair hydraulic hose assemblies.
- Identify hydraulic hoses, fittings, adapters, and connections.
- Measure, cut, clean, and crimp hydraulic hoses.
- Assist customers at the counter and help identify the correct parts.
- Work with hydraulic components used on construction and heavy equipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Receive and organize inventory.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
- Work safely and accurately in a fast-paced shop environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hydraulic hose experience is strongly preferred.
- Hydraulic hose assembly and repair.
- Hydraulic hose crimping equipment.
- Hydraulic fittings and adapters.
- JIC, NPT, ORFS, SAE, and other common hydraulic connections.
- Heavy equipment or construction equipment.
- Industrial parts or counter sales.
- Reading measurements and identifying hose and fitting sizes.
- Working directly with commercial customers.

Target Candidate: Experienced Hydraulic Hose Technician with hands-on hose assembly/crimping experience and/or relevant heavy equipment, industrial parts, or counter-sales experience.
Primary Experience to Screen For: Hydraulic hose assembly, hydraulic fittings/adapters, crimping equipment, JIC/NPT/ORFS/SAE fittings, heavy equipment, construction equipment, and industrial parts/service experience.
