Growing restoration contractor seeking experienced, professional water damage technicians to take our business to the next level. If you have experience in the restoration industry and know how to manage projects, we look forward to speaking with you. Our company has been in business for over 8 years and we need mature professionals to bring their know-how to our already amazing team.

If hired, you can look forward to company provided apparel including reimbursement for boots, some specialty tools, advanced equipment (we have a shopping problem), a company phone, vehicle and very competitive pay.

We also have paid vacations, generous sick pay and at least 9 paid holidays each year. Project managers are eligible for a bonus structure.

• Respond promptly to emergency calls related to water damage and flooding
• Assess damages and document conditions using industry software (moisture mapping, photos, reports, dry logs etc.)
• Setup and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc)
• Perform demolition, extraction, and cleanup tasks
• Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance adjusters and co-workers
• Maintain a clean and organized appearance, work environment and vehicle
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage/oversee other field employees to get timely & desired results
• Ensure employees are productive, in company apparel and respectful at job sites
• Act like a manager - this role requires self management, discipline and critical thinking
• Daily communication with clients, supporting management and other interested parties

• WRT/ASD certified, or 3+ years of related field experience required
• Must have a clean driving record, and valid drivers license (must be insurable)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and/or stand for long periods
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills are a must.
• Willingness to work in emergency situations, including nights and weekends
• Practices good hygiene, must be presentable and professional.
