Our client, a mission driven professional organization is seeking a Bilingual Program Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide administrative and program support for housing-related legal assistance programs serving tenants and small landlords
- Conduct client intakes, assess eligibility, and connect individuals with appropriate legal resources and referrals
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, volunteers, and community members seeking assistance
- Maintain program records, case management data, and reporting documentation
- Support attorneys, volunteers, and housing clinics through client coordination and administrative assistance
- Assist with grant compliance, data tracking, outreach materials, and special projects
- Support both on-site and virtual legal services programs and community clinics
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior administrative, legal services, nonprofit, or program support experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 required
- Experience with CRM or case management systems preferred
- Spanish, French, or Amharic language skills are a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
About The Position:
- Start Date:
ASAP! - $28–$31/hr
- Contract through June 2027 (approximately 9–10 months)
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite
