We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to thrive.

As a DSP, you will support individuals in living independently while honoring their choices, goals, and dignity. Your role will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities based on individual needs
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-advocacy
• Supporting participation in community activities and meaningful experiences
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment

• Varied shifts available throughout the week
• Flexibility is required

• $21.00 per hour
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Individuals who are compassionate, patient, and dependable
• At least 1 year of experience supporting or caring for individuals with disabilities (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
