Job Summary
The Technical Lead for .net, c#, and angular will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions utilizing the .net framework, C#, and Angular technologies. The primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in the full software development lifecycle using .net, c#, and angular technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and design technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions for optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution to meet project deadlines.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the .net, c#, and angular ecosystem, and recommend innovations for efficiency and productivity.

    • Skill Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in .net framework, c#, and angular for designing and developing web applications.
  • Experience in leading development teams and driving successful project deliveries.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.

    • Certifications: Relevant certifications in .NET, C#, Angular, or project management are a plus.
