DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to lead our infrastructure efforts for a project focused on building ML pipelines that process video, audio, and documents to extract contextual metadata.

• Drive improvements and manage the large codebase covering everything from network configuration to public endpoints using Terraform.
• Manage and scale the Kubernetes environment for all containerized applications and services.
• Architect and design advanced deployment strategies, including blue‑green and canary deployments, to ensure system reliability.
• Lead the expansion of our current AWS‑based infrastructure into additional public or private clouds (GCP/Azure).
• Expand our observability stack to improve alerting and event tracking, allowing teams to identify and resolve issues more rapidly.
• Work cross‑functionally with engineering teams using Golang and research teams using Python to support the broader development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of junior and mid‑level Dev Ops engineers.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in core Dev Ops requirements.
• Background in software development using Golang and Python.
• Strong, day‑to‑day experience working with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Professional experience in a public cloud environment, specifically AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to operate as a lead while maintaining a 60–70% hands‑on development workload.

• Previous experience working on Machine Learning (ML) projects or managing GPU nodes.
• Understanding of automated deployment workflows for video and audio processing.
• Experience transitioning manual processes into fully automated, production‑ready systems.
