Senior Front-End Developer/UX Developer

• Develop and/or lead a group of developers to create usable, device-agnostic web-based products using clean and relevant programming languages, modern cloud-based technologies, front-end frameworks, and design systems while maintaining coding, design, navigation, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Translate user research-based designs and recommendations into usable components and interfaces for digital products.
• Develop reusable components, using design standards and create seamless experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and easy to navigate.
• Conduct and lead research and development in emerging front-end development trends, best practices, and technologies and integrates them into products when/where applicable.

• At least ten years of experience performing the functions associated with this category
• Industry standard front-end development coding languages, modern cloud-based technology, front-end frameworks, accessibility, and design systems.
• Leading development efforts on multiple products of moderate size and complexity simultaneously.
• Collaborating with product team members (designers, developers, product managers, etc.), users, business owners, and stakeholders to recommend technical solutions for the design, development, usability, and accessibility of digital products.
• Communicating and collaborating with technical product team members as well as users and business stakeholders to ensure development supports the user and business needs throughout the lifetime of the product.
