As a Senior React Developer, you will make an impact by contributing to the architecture and design of software systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with the manager and stakeholders.

• Develop React UI components in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring scalability, modularity, and maintainability.
• Clearly communicate critical UI design decisions, define requirements and constraints, and provide input for project effort estimation.
• Design and implement micro front-end architectures for seamless integration across components and services.
• Establish UI strategies for new features, ensuring rollout plans are safe, progressive, and reversible.
• Decompose monolithic UIs into smaller, independently deployable units.
• Coordinate communication and data sharing between micro front-end components.
• Apply asynchronous service patterns where appropriate.
• Leverage deep understanding of business processes and organizational complexities to guide solution design.
• Deliver solutions that are practical, flexible, resilient, scalable, reusable, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Advocate for component-based development to promote reusability and consistency.
• Build and maintain UI pattern libraries for cross-product use.
• Ensure compliance with established UI guidelines and standards.
• Implement best practices for optimizing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Contribute to the development of reusable UI frameworks, methodologies, and deliverables.
• Utilize REST API calls via libraries like Axios and apply patterns such as Promises.
• Address daily technical challenges and elevate risks or issues to management promptly.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and tools to enhance IT development and delivery.
• Incorporate security best practices and standards into all UI design

• About 10+ years of experience in designing and developing React based micro front-end development and solutions
• Proficiency in React and related UI technologies
• Good experience in developing web applications using HTML5, JQuery, CSS3, React
  
  JS and JavaScript for UI components.
• Proven track record of building large-scale, production-grade UI applications
• Familiarity with micro front-end patterns (e.g., single-spa, module federation)
• Good experience to use GenAI tools (Ex. Github copilot)
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in at least one wire framing/prototyping tool (e.g., Axure, Omnigraffle).
• Command over DOM manipulation and performance optimization.
• Ability to deliver functionality incrementally adopting agile practices
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with micro-frontends, implementing microservices and container-based architectures and deployments (e.g., Docker, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes).
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels.
