Develop and maintain scalable, secure platform services that meet customer needs.

Lead technical discussions and guide architectural decision-making.

Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define the technical roadmap.

Identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks in projects.

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.

Troubleshoot complex technical problems, navigating ambiguity and environmental challenges.

Work effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• 10+ years as individual contributor
• Proficiency in architectural design principles in Golang, with an understanding of how they differ from other object-oriented languages.
• Demonstrated experience building applications using various SQL and No
  
  SQL data stores (e.g., Postgres, Redis).
• Ability to assess and apply both microservices and monorepo approaches effectively, understanding their practical tradeoffs.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining RESTful server APIs for diverse frontend clients.
• Strong grasp of modern, containerized Dev Ops and cloud environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes in GCP).
• Proficient in AI-assisted programming using Large Language Models
• Extensive experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD), with a keen understanding of their optimal application in different scenarios.
• Proficiency in real-time communication protocols such as Web Sockets and WebRTC.
• A "player-coach" mentality, enjoying collaboration with and mentoring junior developers across a broad spectrum of technologies.

About the Pay:

Starting at $150,000, based on experience

Our global community of interpreters, located in over 140 countries, is available to help clients 24/7 in over 300 languages.
