Junior Frontend Developer; React.js

We are looking for a skillful Web Frontend Developer to join one of our teams working with US clients - referrals from the high-end American IT market.

Our tech stack is built around React, Node.js, and Type Script .

We are working with well-established companies and sometimes startups in their early stages (MVPs), which makes the job full of diversity and exciting challenges while crafting cutting-edge solutions.

• Required skills: 1 year of commercial experience within web development, understanding of basic JS concepts, Type Script, basic experience with React.js, knowledge hungry

• Develop and maintain React.js applications
• Implement responsive interfaces with attention to design details and user experience
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
• Participate in code reviews - giving and receiving feedback constructively
• Expand beyond frontend into backend work - in the AI era, we're growing frontend engineers into full-stack generalists
• Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product owners to deliver features
• Document your work and contribute to team knowledge base
• Continuously expand technical skills with mentor support

• 1 year of commercial experience in web development
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals and Type Script knowledge
• Hands-on experience with React.js ecosystem (hooks, state management)
• REST API integration and basic build tools configuration
• Uses AI coding assistants for learning, exploration, and productivity while critically evaluating outputs

• Genuine interest in understanding user needs and the business value of your work
• Proactive in communication - shares progress and asks for help when needed
• Embraces feedback as learning opportunities and comfortable admitting knowledge gaps
• Open-minded about learning new frameworks and technologies
• Interest in backend technologies and aspiration towards fullstack development
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• English B2+ for international collaboration
• Polish C1 for daily team communication
• Ready to work closely with mentors while gradually building independence

• Modern meta-frameworks (for example: Tan Stack Start, Next.js, Remix, Svelte Kit)
• Cloud services understanding (AWS, serverless)
• Docker basics, CI/CD pipelines
