- Adapt the product to handle more than 200-400 million records per day
- Work with data pipelines, integrations, and analytics
- Enhance system reliability, security, and performance
- Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain backend products
- Build and scale microservices-based solutions
- Conduct code reviews within the domain and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate and communicate with frontend, QA, and product teams
- Over 4 years of professional software development experience using Python
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django and FastAPI
- Experience with PostgreSQL and performance optimization
- Experience with async task queues such as Celery, Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ
- Experience building and scaling microservices
- Experience with Docker
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD approaches and tools
- Solid understanding of standard web technologies and security principles
- Ability to make architecture decisions with a focus on business impact
