Service Now is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer (IC5) to lead the design and delivery of shared, multi-tenant platform services on Kubernetes. You will own availability, scalability, and operability while hands-on coding and mentoring engineers across the Data Platform Engineering team.
You will drive architecture decisions, collaborate with product teams to set SLOs, and ensure robust disaster recovery and cross-region resilience across a large global fleet.
