PeopleSoft Lead Developer

Seeking an experienced People Soft Lead Developer to support World Bank IFC initiatives. The consultant will design, develop, test, and implement People Soft solutions with a strong emphasis on People Soft Fluid UI development, People Tools, integrations, and HCM 9.2 functionality. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in People Soft development technologies and collaborate closely with technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

• Proven expertise in People Tools (8.56 or higher), People Code, Application Designer, Application Engine, Application package, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker
• Hands-on experience with People Soft HCM Workforce administration, Compensation and Benefits administration in 9.2.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL skills for developing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers in Oracle databases.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy People Soft solutions using People Tools 8.56+, People Code, Application Engine, Application Package, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Develop and maintain Fluid UI homepages, responsive pages, navigation collections, work centers, and activity guides.
• Implement Event Mapping, Drop Zones, Page Field Configurator, Open Search, and Search Configuration functionality.
• Build and maintain integrations between People Soft and third-party applications using Integration Broker, APIs, Web Services, and file-based interfaces.
• Support People Soft HCM 9.2 modules, including Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Benefits Administration.
• Create technical design documentation, test plans, and test cases.
• Provide support during UAT, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with project teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Participate in recurring status meetings and provide progress updates to project leadership.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of People Soft development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of People Soft Fluid UI development experience.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• SAFe/Agile Certification or willingness to obtain certification within six months.
• Experience working in global enterprise environments.
