Prime Response Inc. (PRI), is seeking a full‑time Warehouse Worker for a long‑term government contract located at Federal warehouses in Washington, DC. Pay is $23.84 with single healthcare insurance paid for completely by the company (Family plans available). Please see below for the additional provided comprehensive and competitive benefits.
Duties:
- Receiving, inspecting, delivering and loading and unloading trucks
- Understands warehousing processes and systems
- Understands inventory management systems
- Experience with furniture moving
- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to work independently
- Highly dependable and punctual
- Furniture moves and relocations
- Transporting bulk items
- Operating the Warehouse Management System
- Forklift Experience preferred
- Must be capable of passing a background check and drug test
- Experience with Government contracts is preferred
- Must have knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must be capable of standing, bending, and walking for the majority of a workday
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy material (up to 50 lbs.)
