Warehouse Associate

This role supports day-to-day warehouse flow and inventory accuracy. You will receive inbound deliveries,verify transfers and outbound shipments, pull and stage materials, and help resolve inventory discrepancies.

Strong communication and teamwork are important, since you’ll coordinate with multiple departments to keepjobs moving on time.

• Keep the warehouse organized according to the site layout.
• Maintain a clean workspace, including trash removal, recycling, and floor cleanup.
• Manage scrap materials through proper disposal, donation, or sale.
• Help set and maintain min and reorder levels for commonly used parts and materials.
• Support purchasing to keep warehouse supplies stocked and ready for use.
• Receive inbound loads and verify shipments against internal documentation.
• Pick, stage, and ship materials for upcoming projects and service work.
• Process returns (RMA) back to vendors.
• Coordinate shipments, including LTL and common-carrier freight.
• Track vendor shipments and share status updates as needed.
• Answer questions related to purchasing, returns, and change orders.
• Work occasional Saturdays as needed.

• 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for a full 8-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Basic computer skills, ERP or inventory system experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
